Sophie is ISEAL's Coordinator, Impacts

As coordinator with the Impacts team, my role is to support the delivery of projects and activities mainly around researcher engagement, and research tracking and synthesis. I lead on putting together the research webinar series and keep our research databases and tools, such as Sustainability Impacts Learning Platform, and the research discussion list up to date with latest research on and about ISEAL member standards. I also work on ISEAL outputs on the impacts of sustainability standards, such as infographics on standards' contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals.

Before ISEAL...

In 2015 I graduated from the University of Amsterdam with an MSc in International Devlopment, which included conducting fieldwork in Trindad and Tobago, researching the impact of oil and gas companies' environmental CSR programmes on local communities. I have previously worked in the events fundraising team at Christian Aid and have interned with the International Anti-Corruption Conference team at Transparency International in Berlin and with campaigning oganisation 38 Degrees in London. I graduated with an BA in Politics and International Relations for the University of Sussex.
