For a large variety of stakeholders UTZ has developed a portfolio of activities. The Member and Program Support Department ensures optimal workflow and excellent output for the primary commercial processes. Together with your team members you ensure optimal output. As the team lead you define operational targets, you coordinate critical processes and you set up and monitor internal SLAs. Recognizing the interests of all stakeholders you are a pragmatic, clear and reliable team captain. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Result responsible for both quantitative and qualitative workflow targets to meet
  • Streamline processes and give definition to and coordination of department activities and roles
  • Line management, project management and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Strong and clear leadership of a team
  • Planning, monitoring, reporting

The Member Support Team Manager reports to the Commercial Director.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Operational excellence track record in commercial workflow and business logistics, in an international context
  • Strong customer orientation and ICT skills (CRM, ERP, Workflow)
  • Initiator, strong communicator, verbal and written, with intercultural skills
  • Team lead track record, hands-on and with overview
  • Fluency in verbal and written English. Either German or French is a pré.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience, minimum 2 years in a closely related field
  • Good understanding of the various sustainability stakeholders actors and interests in market dynamics

Employment is based upon 32 - 40  hours/week. The position is based in Amsterdam. UTZ can only consider candidates who have a work & residency permit for the Netherlands/EU.
