As the team lead you define operational targets, you coordinate critical processes and you set up and monitor internal SLAs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Member Support Team Manager reports to the Commercial Director.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Employment is based upon 32 - 40 hours/week. The position is based in Amsterdam. UTZ can only consider candidates who have a work & residency permit for the Netherlands/EU.
