Lara Koritzke
Director of Development & Communications
Lara is responsible for overseeing all fundraising and communications activities at ISEAL. Prior to joining ISEAL Lara worked at the Rainforest Alliance for eleven years as their Associate Director of Development/Director of Institutional Giving. Her focus at Rainforest Alliance was on developing global strategies for the organisation’s foundation, corporate, government and multilateral partnerships. During her tenure there, she helped grow the organisation from a budget of USD 3 million to an annual budget of more than USD 40 million. A graduate of Yale University, Lara also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Cross Sector Partnership from the University of Cambridge’s Programme for Sustainability Leadership. She has been a guest faculty member of the Kinship Conservation Fellows since 2007, where she delivers an annual lecture on standards and certification. She is based in a home office in Toronto.
