Alke Horn
HR & Operations Manager
Alke is ISEAL’s Human Resources & Operations Manager. Her role was created in order to put in place appropriate policies and procedures to support the organisation develop a professional approach to people and resource management.
Based in the London office, Alke is responsible for systems development and maintenance including ISEAL’s new database which will help the organisation keep track of its contacts and activities effectively.
She is also involved in the logistics of organising events and meetings and will be looking to develop suitable reward and benefits packages for ISEAL staff.
Alke previously worked as Director of Resources for the Community Foundation for Greater Manchester, a grant-making and donor services charity supporting grassroots community activity.
A German national, Alke has an MA in Sociology, focusing on regeneration and urban living, from Manchester Metropolitan University as well as a degree in European Studies form Manchester University. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel & Development.
